The Team

Ask a regular here what they remember about their last visit, and it's rarely the chair.

It's usually whoever was standing next to it.

How this team works

One team, however many hands are in the room.

Nobody here works alone on your visit. The hygienist cleaning your teeth, the assistant handing over instruments and narrating each step, and the person who answered your call to book the appointment: all three usually know what happened at your last visit before you sit down.

The name on the door is new. The hands doing the work mostly aren't.

When Dr. Grewal took over the practice, the thing patients worried about usually wasn't him. It was everyone else. That's the part that didn't change: your records moved with the practice, not just a file number, and most of the people you've already met are still here.

What holds the team together is one standard, repeated by everyone who works here. Explain before you do it. Never rush a nervous patient. Treat every chart like it belongs to someone's grandmother. Dr. Grewal didn't invent that ethic. He inherited a team that already practiced it, and asked them to keep going.

In the room with you

Hygienists

Clean, examine, and explain every finding in plain language before Dr. Grewal ever sees the chart.

Dental assistants

The second set of hands in every procedure, and usually the person doing most of the talking during it.

Front desk

Scheduling, insurance questions, and the first reassurance most nervous patients get, before they even sit down.

Two practical questions

What changes when the ownership does.

Will I still see the same hygienist I've always seen?

In most cases, yes. The clinical team that was here before the transition is still here now. Dr. Grewal is the only new face most returning patients will meet.

Do I need to redo paperwork or re-explain my history?

Your records transferred with the practice, so there's no need to start over. You will likely sign a few updated forms, such as our current privacy notice, since those change with new ownership.

Come meet the people, not just the plan.

Same team, new dentist. Either way, someone here already knows your name.
