No surprise bills. We check your insurance before your visit and walk you through exactly what it covers, and if insurance isn't in the picture, a membership plan and financing keep care within reach.
We're in network with the plans below, and we handle the back-and-forth with your insurance company so you're not stuck on hold trying to translate your own benefits.
Don't see your plan mentioned here? Call us with your provider name and group number and we'll check it before you book anything. Plans we don't recognize by name often turn out to be ones we can still work with.
It isn't the same as medical insurance. Most plans have a yearly maximum, often a few thousand dollars, and once you hit it, you're responsible for the rest until it resets. Many plans also have a deductible you meet before coverage starts.
Preventive care, cleanings, exams, X-rays, is usually covered close to 100%. Restorative work, like fillings or crowns, is typically covered at a lower percentage, and some treatment isn't covered at all. We check your specific plan rather than assume, so nothing catches you off guard.
So you have a clear picture of your coverage well before you're sitting in the chair.
Just your provider name and member ID. That's all we need to get started.
We check what's covered, your deductible, and how much of your annual maximum is left.
In plain language, not insurance jargon, so you actually understand what you're working with.
No guessing at checkout. You'll already have a real sense of what's covered and what you'll owe.
Not having insurance shouldn't mean skipping care you need. Our membership plan is one upfront payment, no insurance company involved, that covers your preventive visits and discounts most other treatment for a year.
Two cleanings with exams and X-rays, an emergency visit if you need one, and a discount on everything else you have done here for a full year.
Paid once a year rather than monthly. It isn't insurance, applies only to care done in our office, and can't be combined with insurance or other discounts.
Who it suits, how enrollment works, and answers to the common questions all live on the membership plan page.
About the membership plan →Insurance and the savings plan cover a lot, but bigger treatment plans, implants, multiple crowns, a full mouth of work, sometimes call for more room. That's what CareCredit is for.
A healthcare credit card you apply for directly, often approved the same day, then pay off in monthly installments instead of all at once.
It depends on credit and CareCredit's own criteria, not on us. We'll walk you through real numbers rather than promise an outcome.
If a treatment plan is large enough that financing makes sense, we'll bring it up and walk through the terms with you.
Most major PPO plans, see the full list above. If yours isn't shown, call us with your provider name and group number and we'll check before you book anything.
You can still be seen as a self-pay patient, and our membership plan is worth asking about, it isn't tied to any insurance company at all.
Yes. Between our membership plan and financing for larger treatment, not having insurance doesn't mean going without care.
A one-time yearly payment, made directly to us instead of an insurance company, that covers two cleanings and an emergency visit if you need one, plus a discount on most other treatment.
Yes, for larger treatment plans, through CareCredit. You apply directly with them and pay it off in monthly installments. Approval depends on credit, so we can't promise a specific outcome.
Yes. You'll hear the full cost and what insurance is expected to cover before anything is scheduled, not as a surprise afterward.
Usually not. Purely cosmetic work, like teeth whitening, typically isn't covered. Where a tooth is damaged rather than simply unattractive, there may be partial coverage, and we check rather than assume.
Cash, personal checks, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), along with your insurance benefits, membership plan, or CareCredit.
No. The dentist walks you through what's found and why it's recommended before anything is scheduled. Second opinions and taking time to decide are both completely normal here, more on that on our Our Approach page.
Call us or send a request, and we'll help you figure out what makes sense, insurance, membership, or financing, before you ever sit in the chair.
